Welcome to TruVista. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website truvistahealth.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from TruVista Wellness LLC ("TruVista," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase our products. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Products and Health Disclaimer

TruVista products are dietary supplements.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information on this Site — including product descriptions, articles, and educational content — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. 3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed in commercial quantities without a wholesale agreement, or contain pricing or product errors.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information. Payment is due at the time of order and is processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details.

4. Pricing and Errors

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but typographical, pricing, and product description errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you select, at the then-current price, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date through your account page or by emailing contactus@truvistahealth.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund shipments already processed, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its content — including the TruVista name, logo, product names, text, graphics, images, and design — are the property of TruVista Wellness LLC or its licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable law; infringe the rights of others; transmit malicious code; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means; interfere with the Site's operation or security; or resell our products without a wholesale agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site for violation of these Terms.

10. User Submissions and Reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant TruVista a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that your submissions are accurate, reflect your genuine experience, are not misleading, and do not infringe any third party's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are governed by those parties' terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUVISTA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUVISTA WELLNESS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruVista Wellness LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

15. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your purchase of products shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting us at contactus@truvistahealth.com. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis only. You and TruVista each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court where permitted.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Changes take effect upon posting; your continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
